How can I contact Effective Training?


When will I receive my order?
We typically process and ship your order in 1-2 business days. UPS Ground typically takes 2-6 business days depending on your location in the continential US.

Who will deliver it?
Standard Deliveries are made by UPS. For special shipping preferences, please contact sales@etinews.com

How do I pay?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Can I use a purchase order?
To order with a purchase order, contact ETI by email, phone, or fax.

Do you ship C.O.D.?
Sorry, at this time we do not ship C.O.D.

How will I know that youíve actually received my order?
You will receive two confirmations via email. First, you will receive an email when our server successfully processes your order. Second, you will receive an email when we ship your order, telling you the tracking number for the shipment, and when you may expect it to arrive.

Will my credit card information be secure?
Yes. The credit card payment portion of our ordering process is on an encrypted secure server.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You pay sales tax only if you live in Michigan. MI sales tax is 6%.

I live outside the continental USA. Can I still order from you?
Yes. However, the regular shipping charges will not apply. Submit your order as you normally would, and we will contact you with shipping options.

How do I put stuff in my shopping cart?
Click the button next to "Add to cart" at the bottom of each productís description.

How do I take stuff out of my shopping cart?
Click "View cart" that appears on the right of every product page. Then select "Delete Item."

How do I buy the stuff I have in my shopping cart?
Click on the "Checkout" button that appears on the right of every product page.

What if you donít have the products I ordered in stock?
If one of the items you ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you to ask your preference. According to your wishes, we will wait until we get the item in, and ship the complete order at one time, or we can ship most of your order, and backorder the out-of-stock item(s).

What is your return policy?
We inspect all merchandise prior to shipping. However, if you should receive a damaged item, please contact the carrier immediately and notify our company within 30 days as noted below.

Product Guarantee
ETI offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products excluding software. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, you must contact us within 30 days of the invoice date. The item can be returned for full credit (less the freight charge) upon prior approval from Effective Training Inc. The product must be returned in its original, saleable condition and must include the original packaging. After the 30-day window, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed on any items returned. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the invoice date.

Return Packaging Guidelines
Please return the item in its original packaging (if still intact). Then place the packaged item in a corrugated outer carton. Please include a copy of the invoice inside the box. Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer. (If the return is being made because of our mistake, we will credit or refund the shipping fees).

Software Return Policy
ETI software will not be refunded for any reason. ETI will replace defective software up to 30 days after invoice, upon receipt of the defective product.

What is your cancellation policy?
Workshop dates are reserved by purchase order. Cancellation notices received at least 30 days before the date of the workshop are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations notices received after that will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
